When pressure is applied to these areas and points it stimulates the movement of energy along the nerve channels and helps to restore homeostasis balance in the body

During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction, to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being.
